I truly agree with Mark the event proceeded smoothly, and more importantly, our guests were impressed with our hospitality. Some have made the efforts to come personally to thank me and GIA for inviting them celebrate with us. Our past presidents were very grateful we remember them.

Deepest appreciation for a job well done last evening. It was truly an excellent team effort with a lot of hard work put in by everyone involved. From the reception to the ushering and to the cheque/token presentations everything clicked smoothly. We received many positive feedback from guests and notably from the Past Presidents who enjoyed themselves thoroughly. Dear Ed,

As most of the direct press coverage probably has come to an end, it's time to sum up. My conclusion is that the media efforts have been successful and met our expectations in respect to both media penetration and angle. (The only exception was two stories made by an unexperienced Norwegian stringer affiliated Dagens Naeringsliv, but that was beyond your arena. )

I will express my unreserved appreciation for your highly professional efforts, both in the preparations for the Shanghai opening, during the event and in the folluw-up. I'm convinced that Erik and Espen feel the same.

Please convey my thanks and acknowledgement to John, Jenny and Ann as well. It has been a pleasure working with you all.
